Vance Bloodeye

Bear of a man named for his right eye which filled with blood after a long ago blow to the head. Bloodeye is a respected and shrewd man who for the moment has managed to keep the pirates and Nobles in line so the town can function.

He was/is a whaler/pirate king and is the current Mate of the Ruling Council.

OOC: Has a role something like that of a Roman Consul, basically a chairman for the crew, his vote counts as a tie breaker, but is otherwise no more important than any Crew members.
