I agree to, I've meant to add Bill and Debo as Admins for a while, I'll get around to doing it tonight after the game. However, I'm not willing to allow stuff to be voted in, I've been involved with projects like this before and one of the biggest problems has been the inability of someone to say no. To me its one of the most important things about being a DM, you should try to say yes, but always be prepared and able to say no.
Honestly Raven marches is already far more inclusive of material than most games, withy a huge selection of books, and i know that have already okayed numerous feats, etc., from outside those sources, sometimes with changes sometimes without.
There are certain things I have seen ruin too many games, or more selfishly destroy my enjoyment of a game so much I no longer wish to be part of it, that I simply will not allow in Raven Marches. If you really feel that the sources available are not enough for you I invite you to vote with your feet, but I hope you realize Raven Marches is an extraordinarily open game.
I started Raven Marches in response to the restrictive attitude of the similar Stonereach group, which many of you were part of and I think the contrast is to say the least marked. But I won't fall into the trap of allowing everything, even if the majority thinks its a good idea, I've seen too many games implode that way. if I ban something outright its because I've seen them ruin games, or occasionally because they really annoy me to be fair, lol.
So in summary, admins yes definitely good idea, I am going to retain veto rights. I really do not want to sound like a dictator, but I've seen too many games go south because of allowing things willnilly and I do not want that to happen here. I hope everyone can live with that.
